This house is located in the back of the motel (the motel owns it). One of the managers and her daughter live here. They put up the Christmas decorations. Looks real nice. Had to take an angle shot, because her car was in my way LOL

Yep!!  The button will be easy. That underarm rip is something else again.

I am a seamstress.   Have always loved cooking and sewing.   Took Home Ec in high school and continued learning on my own.  They don't even teach Home Ec in high school anymore.   I think they still should, and it should be a required subject for both boys and girls.  It really teaches people how to take care of themselves.  Once they leave home, every boy and every girl would benefit from the lessons learned in Home Economics, everything from cooking and sewing to balancing a checkbook.

Yep. I could take care of both the under arm rip and the button. I have known from a very young age, plus we had home ec as well in which I made a whole dress complete with a lining.  The last day of school when I went to pick it up from the class room it was gone. Someone had stolen it.
