lol, more action today by the same young kid Cat.
Again, I was having a peaceful Spring Monday morning having my cup of java lol, when all of a sudden, I heard a big loud crash from upstairs. I looked out my window to see two ladies coming down the stairs and they both went to the office, shortly followed by this young kid who only was wearing shorts running down the stairs to go to the office too, however the two ladies that went into the office before him, locked the office door, and he was not able to go in. He was banging on the office door, but they would not let him in. He than ran back upstairs to his room. About 10 minutes later I guess, the South Glens Falls police department was here talking to him, the two ladies and the office manager.
Don't know what is going on with him, but they did not arrest him. Maybe he has some kind of mental health issues or something. Maybe he just threw stuff around his room getting upset with the two ladies or something.
This is like the 3rd time that I know of, that he has cause a disturbance.

WOW - if he broke the window, is Management charging him? He should have to pay for it.

Yes Cat, if he did break it, he should pay for it. Hope the Motel will make him pay for it. The Motel will certainly have to pay to get the window replaced. I think the new tenants have to leave some type of room deposit now. But probably not enough to cover the damages done to the rooms by some of these tenants.

I truly hope there will be no more distrubances caused by that young man, and if he does, the cops just might arrest him. Makes one wonder why he is causing so much trouble.

I was talking to the manager about this Cat and now know why there are issues. Drugs, and having people stay in the rooms that are not register with the motel. The motel manager also went to the police to file a report. The manager said there is a court hearing coming up. According to the manager, you just can't kick someone out because of this. The police say that it has to be handle by the courts. Depending on the situation, I guess. If he hurt someone the police can arrest him, but not breaking a window.

LOL Rich - love the conversation. I don't think the pear trees will bloom this year because they only produce fruit every two years and I got tons last year! Even after giving a lot of pears away to family and friends, we still quite a bit in our freezer...lol! They sais rain and high winds today. We woke upt to rain, but no winds, then the rain stopped and the sun came out and I thought we got away with it, but now the strong winds are here and I wouldn't be surprised if we lose power tonight.

Well that was good that you did have pears last year. Be careful with the high winds and hope you don't lose any power.

Took a little walk this morning. Looks like a fish fry at the firehouse. I'm not a fish person. If it was burgers and hotdogs, I would be right there lol |
