Sorry about that rash. Can it be an allergic reaction to something? Or did you have contact with poison ivy or poison oak? Those two would produce rashes pretty quickly. If you don't have either of these two there, could it be another plant that could produce a rash?
I'd rather you knew what caused the rash so that you could treat it.

I went to the doctors, he gave me a cream to use. If it doesn’t go away I’ll see a dermatologist. It could be my immune system. I have been extra stressed lately.

Yes, a rash can be caused by stress. I thought last night that that could be the case. I mentioned it in Need To Talk. Hope you can get it cleared up soon with the cream your doctor gave you.
