I'm still having trouble posting graphics in here. I was using another site but its not working here. And I tried the one you have Foxy but can't get that to work either.

I am using Fotki, but I paid for a year. ($24.00) Cat I think it's only free for a limited amount of time. Not sure on that one hun. That's okay Joanie. At least it is reasonable and not $400!!! |

I'm with both of you. I'm certainly willing to pay a reasonable amount for their service, but PB's $400 is far from reasonable. I think their little ransom attempt did not work out the way they expected. I think they hurt a lot of sellers with financial loss. I think they hurt themselves for a long time to come. People are moving away in droves. I still had 9 months left on my contract with them. Do you tthink I would ever pay them again? Trust them again? Not a chance.
Even though they didn't say it, I am sure they were forced to restore service to their paying customers. They sure didn't do it out of the goodness of their heart. I have a strong feeling PB is slipping from it's giant's throne in the photo hosting realm.

Maybe they might be forced to forego the $400 deal entirely...but I don't know. I saw on their update page that it is the most popular option. I would like to know who it is popular with besides themselves, of course. |
