Pre-Hadean Yule...
Last Christmas before we cross Styx, The Ferryman is collecting Salvation Army coins, Ringing a bell, A bright brass bell .
After this Christmas, Pluto will be in Aquarius until I'm eighty-two, Better sing for this yule, 'Cause the water under the boat, That's all chop on my reflection.
If I see angels on this ride, I just might need some company, And gallons of coffee and nog.
Last Christmas before we cross Styx, The Ferryman is collecting Salvation Army coins, Ringing a bell, A bright brass bell .

Very clever and creative write you share with us all here Dan Love it Quite the imagination and thought you put into this. Very well done and interesting as well with the message within. Great work but as I always say again, it is you after all.

This one scares me a little...I am creeping up there in age... Cat, thank you. This poem has to do with my own personal astrology. It just so happens I was born in a year when there was a 7-planet lineup in Aquarius. I was a few days after, so I "only" have 6 planets in Aquarius. For astrological purposes , both the Sun and Moon are counted as "planets." I'm a member of a sizeable group on social media born during that time. Pluto is about to enter the sign Aquarius in January. It will be transiting Aquarius for the next 20 years, conjuncting all those planets in our natal charts one-by-one for two decades. Pluto is considered to be a bit if a steamroller in astrology. It's the planet of death and rebirth. Basically it rickrolls the old situation or conditions in order to make something completely new. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was in the late 1770's - 1790's, around the time of the American revolution and founding of our country. Kind of a big deal for the US chart as well. Yeah, I'm a little bit nervous too. Dan
