Can ya tell me,

why can't I find a single thing I'm lookin' for?

Last I knew

the stupid car keys were on the table by the door.



My wallet was in my pocket

when I was walkin' down the hall

but of course it magically disappeared!

Isn't this a freakin' ball!



I bet those keys just think they're funny!

The little games they like to play!

They're havin' them a big 'ol laugh

at the frustration on display!



They were right here on the table!

Damnit! I know I set 'em here!

I bet those stupid keys keep movin'

whenever I get near!



I'm tryin' to trace back to my wallet

if you'd be quiet and let me think.

I know I'd set it on the counter

in the kitchen by the sink.



I was makin' some fresh coffee

and then I saw that I should go.

You would've thought it'd be there

but of course a ****ing “NO!”



So at some point wallet, pocket

but now it's magically gone “BYE!”

And the damn car keys are laughing

with every failed look I try!



Now where's that damn list I made

for when I'm at the store?

I gotta find those keys!

Where's the list!

I can't take this shit no more!
