Oh my goodness, that looks like what our faucet looked liked - only it was spewing out of about 5 different joints. Maybe you should show this video to management to show them just how bad things are. You think they would want to get that fixed as soon as possible as it must cost them in water bills.

Hi Cat, I did send a video to the manager. This is the second video that I made up showing how the water comes out. Forgot to show her that in the first video. I also let the manager know about my bathtub faucet as well. The hard water over the years made the faucet corroded and as you can see in the picture. This needs to be replaced too. If you rub your fingers on it, there are sharp edges that can probably cut your your finger.

Did they give you any date as to when these two items might be replaced?

No Cat, not yet. They know about the kitchen faucet, but waiting for them to come fix that. The bathtub faucet I just told them about. That was like that when I moved into this room, but never complain about it, because I use the shower. I brought it up now because this kitchen faucet should have been replaced long ago (7 months) At that time I did not know that the water was leaking to the bottom of the sink. About a month ago, I open the door to the bottom of the sink and noticed the water. Every time I run the water even without turning the nozzle, it will leak to the bottom of the sink. It will dry out when I don't use the water.

You would think they would jump right on fixing that leak at the kitchen sink. Even if it sometimes dries out, it will eventually rot the wood on the floor under that sink, and mold will definitely grow under there, and that is dangerous to your health.

At first the plumber told me that I would not be able to use the sink for a day, but he decided to put the connections back onto the faucet for me so I can use the sink. Hoping he will come today to put on the new faucet so I won't have to worry about this anymore. 8 months now with this faucet leak.

This can affect the client above you too. If enough water leaks, the ceiling might come down!
