I was looking on the net for sweet and sour foods. I don't see anything that I might have had. I did have General Tso’s Chicken, but don't know if that is consider a sweet and sour food. I know it taste sweet, but not sure. I always saw sweet and sour foods on the menus, but never order anything.

Beef Lo Mein, General Tso’s Chicken and Beef and Brocoli in garlic sauce are my all time favorites.
