Even though they're open 24/7 the staff is available pt 9am in the morning until I think 3-4pm they seem to disappear at a certain time I noticed but, they do have volunteers who are happy to help anybody in need when they're around, they don't have a set time like the support team do but, when they do come around their help is just as knowledgeable.

You'll notice how FAST they reply to your help when they're in, they're like faster than the speed of light it really trips me out sometimes. Attachment Deleted

Their knowledge is through the roof and they're quick about it, if it's a big issue they won't stop until it's fixed and to think we can only give them one thumbs up per post they make. lol

I know I seem a little biased with the support team here, I just have not had this much help and they're still good about it, you can ask them a million questions and they still won't get annoyed with you or anyone else.

They're super friendly too making them in my books, awesome peeps.

I learned everything I know from them and their volunteers there and there's STILL so much to learn.
