Sad news to report We have just learned that our beloved Co-Admin, Rick/AKA/ Lost in Eternity has stage 4 cancer and is currently in hospice. He doesn’t have much time. This is a message to me from his Niece, Harlie. None of us knew about this. It was a total shock. He’s had a cough for a couple of years and was losing his eyesight in the months before we knew. He couldn’t breathe well and couldn’t walk well either, so I made him go to the ER. He was there for 3 weeks in October before they knew he had cancer. They still don’t know where the cancer originated, only that it has spread to his lungs and collapsed one. He doesn’t have much time. I’m so sorry to have to be the one to tell you all this. Rick is a very sweet, artistic, beautiful soul. I’m glad he has such good friends who love him. I will be sure to tell him you wish him well and love and miss him. December 5 is Rick's Birthday. I am truly SHOCKED to know about Rick's health condition. I haven't been able to come here for sometime for reasons beyond my control. Rick, Your wisdom & intuition are too big to extinguish.

I sent messages to both Ilene and Harlie to inquire about Rick. Have not heard from Ilene but got the following message from Harlie:
Rick is still holding on. He’s about the same. No better and no worse. Rick is a fighter, so I know he will fight until the very end.
I asked her to tell him the following:
Please tell him that all of us in the Castle Love him and miss him very much. Also tell him his fellow poets at PC love him as well.

I know, Cat, it is time when you want all your loved ones gathered 'round in the normal way....and Rick should be here with us in the Castle. I miss him so much, and my heart is breaking. v32

Alana, I have been told that Rick has gotten the word that we all love him and miss him. I always stress that they pass that on to him. It is not the same as telling him ourselves, but the most important thing is that HE knows how much he is loved and missed. I know your heart is breaking, as is mine, and lots of others. He will forever be in my heart and prayers.
