You know when you go into your admin panel and you see this big puzzle piece in there, click on that and you will find an endless amount of plugins you can add to your board like an arrow you can insert to the right of your board that will bring you back to the top and/or bottom and you can adjust it to how you like it or you can use your own images in there. 
There's TONS and TONS of different things you can use in there, snoop around and see what you like.
For now, I will let you in on a little trick, in the little gear to the right of yours or any post, click on that and a little drop down window will open and at the bottom you can jump back to the top of the page.
