To view the boards with the holiday skin:

Click on profile > Edit Profile > Settings---scroll down to "Displays the available theme of your choice" > click the little black arrow and choose the skin / theme you wish to view.

In this case it is Click on profile > Edit Profile > Settings---scroll down to "Displays the available theme of your choice" > click the little black arrow and choose the skin / theme you wish to view which in this case is Happy New Year 2019v1

Be sure to save changes
