I know you are still learning too, Brian and I appreciate your offer. At this moment, I don't know enough to even ask intelligent questions. LOL!! That is bad. I have had so liitle time with my house guest here and was looking forward to today and tonight while he is away. Wouldn't you know, a storm came along and knocked out the net!! Alas!! Thank you  I have a bunch of them kicking around. I have meaning to start using them. Now seems like a good time. I have my old one still going on Aerie for the three IDs I have there. I want people to know they're all me so they don't think I'm doing a sneaky I don't know if you saw it or not over there. You can change your name in your profile, Cilck on the profile tab, then edit, the personal tab and change your display name |

I didn't sleep much last night. Woke up at 1 a.m. Since I couldn't get back to sleep I started working on the site again. Next thing I knew it was almost noon!

Here's some tips I'll throw in here for today just something basic and simple no biggy but, you'll love them. See that little "Participation" button up in the top/right? Click on that and it'll tell you all you need to see of what's "New" since you last posted there, it's like power posting but, faster. I love that little button like crazy it's so handy to keep up with everyone. You can tag people, just as long as you put an "@" before their name which has be the name they registered under not the name they edited and changed or it won't work, to find out if you've been tagged, a number bubble will hover just above your "Profile" tab up in the top. Go in there and you'll see if you've been tagged, liked and quoted. Ooo the admin (board owner) has the power to ad images to people mini profiles by going into their profiles, edit, staff options, and right at the top is "Custom Titles" all you do is add yours or there choice of image using the img code. That's all I can think up for now, I think the rest is code and plugin stuff. |

Nope, wait,............ you can add your own smiley's to their default. lol You can either replace the ones they have there or you can add to the default straight from your computer no web hosting site needed for that. However,........... there is a plugin called smiley dropdown I think it's called where you can add your own smiley's to that, I think I have too many but, I love smiley's so who cares. lol I probably have like over a hundred in there by now. There might be a way around that but, I'm not sure! There's a lot of people who want to have more characters in their shout box as well but, I have never seen anybody post a request for it perhaps when QF has more time she can post a request for it in the coding or plugin department. People always ask if there's anybody who can make a little something and sometimes there's someone out there who can actually do it too. Omg wait until you guys see what they have for plugins here, QF is gonna have so much fun here, she's gonna be so happy and of course that will reflect onto all of us. lol QueenFoxy, they have a plugin to create your own scavenger hunt. I have a feeling you have awesome members in here that would LOVE that game as well. |

I've already gotten into the plug ins. There are tons of them and you can modify some of them. I've already tinkered with a few  As for the shoutbox characters, that might be something to request for Version 6. There have been requests for it. I haven't been this immersed in code since 2011! Still feeling my way around but getting places fast. Between there and here, the story editing, current story write and archiving 16 years of history and keeping cool in this summer heat the fire is burning hot in this bird lol |
