LOL Foxy!
I can really relate to the one with the mom selling the shovel.
When I was quite young, our teacher asked us to draw a picture of what we wanted to be when we grew up.
I, at the time, wanted to grow up to be an actress, and as the last show I had seen was a musical complete with the main actress dancing in a chorus line, I drew a picture as close as I could to what the actress was wearing and doing.
Well, it caused a great hullabaloo! Instead of the teacher simply asking me to explain the picture, she called my mother telling her I wanted to be...shall we say a woman of low morality.
My mother, at least, asked me what my picture was about, and when I explained it to her, she had a very good talk with my teacher. I hope that after that, the teacher asked kids to explain their pictures before going off the bend.
I was way too young at the time to even understand what the teacher was going on about.

Hey!! You gotta ask questions. It's the only way to get the full picture.
One picture is not always worth a thousand words. Love it. Cat.

Me too, Rick. A drawing artist, I an not. It used to really bother me, because I AM an artist with a lot of mediums. I can put anything on a cake, I make jewelry and do flower arranging. For most of my life, I designed and made all of my own clothes. I crafted in so many categories, I can't remember them all. Then I discovered digital art and that fills my need to create. The good parts of that is it is not messy or expensive.

I think the creativity is in my genes, Susan. Just about everyone in my family is creative in some way....and in many ways.
