Used to be, before my autoimmune condition, now I struggle with issues but try to keep them under control.

LOL...I guess I do...for my age. Was much more energetic when I was younger.

I do well now, I changed my diet, stress levels, weather conditions, mindset. All help me stay on top of it. I just have this inflammation that travels around my body and lots of calcium buildup in my joints. It’s nothing I can’t manage for now. I always have pain somewhere but not everywhere like it once was.
The person before me is lucky to have so much energy

Raynauds is a circulation problem, my hands, face and feet go numb and blue.
I think we all have hopes for the future. I feel kind of stuck at the moment, ready to move on but to weighted down for now.
