I worry about everyone, I need to let go more. My parents are aging, my daughter Naomi has mental health issues and knows how to create stress out of nothing. We called her last night and now I have a migraine.

I know about daughters causing stress issues constantly. My second daughter is like that and she also has mental issues and has caused a lot of havoc and continues to do so at the age of 49, so I hear you and sympathize with you.
The person before me has great emotional strength but needs to let it go sometimes.

Life's lessons. My ex abused me physically and mentally. I left when the girls were 2 yrs and 6 mths old. Meet present hubby 2 years after escaping ex, dated for 5 years before getting married when the girls were 9 and 7 and he adopted my girls. My ex died young due to alocholism and hard drugs. I only had a drink once in a while and I didn't do drugs. Then we had our son when they were 14 and 12. Never had another child despite trying.
You learn not to judge others too quickly. You never know what they are going through.
You also have inner strength.

I’ve been through a lot. I had my girls and went through a five year patch where I had lots of health issues that the doctor didn’t diagnose and made me feel like I was going crazy, Neil wasn't supportive at this time, he would just say what’s wrong now. In the end I struggled to walk or use my hands, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Neil is not good when my health deteriorates. I was on my own with the girls for three years, I moved to Queensland where the weather supported my health better. I had no one here but I needed to be here. My girls and I went through a depression together and got through it. I started working again but I couldn’t manage my Illness properly and began to sink. I left work and Neil after living in another state for three years came back into our lives. We dealt with a child in her teens that was way off the charts with her behaviour, had mental health issues but would not accept our offers to see a professional about it. Neil and I left Queensland to live in Adelaide for three years, the girls were old enough to live in the family home with out pets. I travelled back and forth between the two cities. We came home because Kirstie was moving to the UK. Within six months of being home full time again, both dogs died, Both girls moved away. Neil went through depression, I was going through menopause. We got Maisie because we needed her in our lives. I still have health issues from time to time and Neil had to have a kidney out due to cancer. Seven years after taking his kidney the cancer has come back. I guess life is not only what you make of it but how you survive it.

Sometimes I wonder why we must go through these trials, but know that you are a fighter and will survive.
Yes, greeting the day with a smile at least starts the day off well not matter what happens during the day.
The person before me is strong and able to confront life's difficulties.
