what are we to do the world changes so quickly that it is hard to keep up our aging bodies are hard pressed to keep up with our racing minds if seeking guidance from our youthful friends and neighbors their advice seems so condescending it hurts seems to me that our golden years are nought but a bucket of rusty bolts...

We can pass our knowledge onto those younger ones if they would only listen in return for their knowledge. Younger ones know all the new tecchnology and what is popular today, but we know lessons of life which we can pass onto them.

Don, you speak from the heart. The younger generation is often condescending to the older even if they share our beliefs and views. Thank you for sharing this. Very soulful.

*sigh* Remember the days when that younger generation was US? I sure do. There are two generations added to our family tree since I was a youth.
