If he wants to be stubborn, I can’t force feed him. I have to be patient and make sure that as soon as my parents go he starts the meds and doesn’t give me any more excuses. Because Naomi is coming soon too. I have an agreement that as soon as they go he will start them, it gives him time to come to terms with taking them again. Last time he ended up in hospital several times, his hair goes white, he can’t eat, he looked awful and felt worse. He is scared, so am I but we don’t have a choice. I’ll give him this week and then I will insist he start them. In the meantime I have to departmentalise and look after myself, because I have developed a rash on my legs, it could be my immune system. I will choose my wars with Neil, I will not win this one as he is stubborn. I wish he doesn’t make up any more excuses not to take them next week.

I do and they say where ever you want to go I wish for a nice day today visiting my Aunty, uncle and cousin. Mum will get to see her sister, the last time they saw each other was at my cousins funeral. My cousin died of breast cancer, she was 48, her sister who we are seeing today also has breast cancer. |

Three of my sisters have had cancer but had operations (2 breast and 1 lung cancer). Though one of them got a new cancer (a skin/blood cancer) which can't be cured and had a few years to live. They have put her some expensive medication, and they say it may or may not help her.
I wish she didn't have this disease.

It’s a scary thing cancer, my cousin has been through a lot. My uncle I found out yesterday has prostrate cancer. My cousin, touch wood is clear right now but they are a little worried it might have spread.
I wish people didn’t have to go through cancer treatments.
