Now that brings up a lot of interesting possibilities, but better not to mess with time because you never know how it would change things.

No. I wouldn't mind playing one of them in a play, but I wouldn't want to be a real one. In Anne Rice's Vampire books, they can lick the tooth mark holes with their sylava to make them disappear.
