So today, I've just had the best cheese on toast ever from Premiere Moisson's. I've just had : Turkey with tomatoes and spinach cheese on toast with smoked cheddar cheese and coffee from there too, yum. What's your favourite way of having cheese on toasts, or grilled-cheese, in American English?

I put my favorite cheese slice and a couple slices of ham, sometimes Bologna, on the bread, then spread the outside of both bread slices with soft butter. Place in hot cast iron skillet and toast until browned to your likeness. Delicious!!
