I need to slow up on the hot and spicy stuff myself Cat. Unfortunately, I like all of the hot and spicy foods. But bad for the health with to much.

I have never been able to eat hot food. I would fail miserably at those hot chilli challenges...lol! Mainly because the pepper would never make it into my mouth without me putting up a major battle!

❤️ hot food. I don’t eat a lot of canned foods. Last night we had Dory (fish) with veggies. Tonight I’m getting some fresh salmon, might have a salad with it.

Some chunky steak and cheese soup that eats like a meal. 
I like those Campbell's soups, Rich.
I haven't tried the baked potato, steak and cheese.
But I've tried a few others that were tasty.

Hi Kerri and Cat  Yes, the chunky soups from Campbells have been good. Not sure if I try all of the different brands that they have, but there is not one that I did not like so far. It's also nice that all of this soup that I have been eating has been donated. Once a week they drop off a box or two of food at the front office. I always like to get the soups. |

Yes it is Cat lol,
I'm on season 9 of Big Brother Canada and the last one for me. I don't have season 10 or season 11 available to me. Season 8 is missing all together. When watching season 9, they were just starting the show back up after being off for a long time due to the Covid 19 pandemic, maybe they were in the middle of season 8 and did not get the chance to finish it. Will have to look it up and see if they do have a season 8. I just don't have it available to me.

This is new for me, and I always go for the free stuff. There are 6 sausage and cheese melt on pita bread. The regular price of these is $6.49. They are good though. Lost Image |
