To my Lavender, Chamomile Room Spray!
Thence, I've bought myself with my spare change to a nice and perfect room spray this morning after therapy,
Which is more calming to me than my usual one currently,
Which I'm using in my room currently,
And I'm just head over heals in love with it personally. |

To mindful living!
I love looking after myself currently,
And I do this every moment in my life in reality,
Doing nothing else but looking after my mental and physical health daily,
And I love living with my current moment's perfection presently.

To Audio Therapy!
So been playing a bit last night with my favorite mindfulness app on my phone called "Relax Melodies" currently,
And I've found a new favorite soundtrack on it which is "campfire" which I have on offline too presently,
And it's the most soothing and distracting sound ever so far for me personally,
I feel in heaven all the time whilst listening to it daily and nightly.

To Aroma Therapy!
I'm surrounded in the air around me by a sweet and soothing lavender, vanilla and camomile scent constantly, Relieving naturally my headache and dizzy spell currently, Those aromas are my personal favorites presently, And it's a cheaper, sweeter and stronger pillow mist bought at Winners, my favorite store for aroma therapy. |

To mindful reading!
I love reading books even as a child,
My favorite authors were Agatha Christie, Sir Artur Conan Doyle, J.K.Rowling and J.R.R Tolkien as a child,
But as an adult, I love more American authors personally,
Such as Marry Higgins Clarks, but always crime or psychological thrillers and fantasy personally.
