My First Detail Oobe by Lavo Date: 2018-02-04 Country: United States State: Massachusetts
I had had a few a few OOBE, but not controllable. I was never sure why I would wake up, be paralyzed, realizing I was awake and sometimes fly, then panic and go back and my body. I knew about Astral Projection but, never to the point that I totally believed it, I had gone to a seminar on Rick Stack in the early 90s with a friend. I bought his book and tapes. went home and started practicing every night. I had had a few OOBE experiences before, but I usually panicked and went back into my body. They were few and far between. I began listening to Rick's tapes that would hypnotize me to be open to astral projection. After using the tape1 for a week, with close successes.
While sleeping, I became alert that I was a sleep, but could not move. I began trying to will myself up above my body. I tried to sit up; I was stuck, rising but not fully out of my body. A hand reached down to me. I grasp it. The hand pulled me up and I popped out of my body. It felt like rubber band pulling me back to my body and then all of a sudden elastic band broke and I was standing up. I noticed two people in the room with me. A younger man with mascara under his eyes and around them. He had pulled me up. He struck me as an ancient Egyptian. He smiled. Another man was standing in a white coat across the room with his back to me. He looked like an older man. I couldn't see him other than the top of his balding head was big, his big ears, and the collar of his white lab coat. The coat going down to his knees with dark pants. I thought it was strange he didn't turn around.
Then I found myself in another part of my dream where I was laying on the bed. The man who had had his head back to me was now facing me. It seems he didn't expect me to come too. He made some friendly tone and smiled. It sounded lick gibberish sounds. He put up his hand to cover my sight about a foot away from my eyes. He had three long fingers on both hands only. They were kind of crooked. I could see his face. It was humanoid but, he had a large cranium, big ears, little chin. He looked friendly. I knew it was him because of the shape of his head, same lab coat and big ears. I that is why he had had his black to me. He didn't want to frighten me. I wasn't scared, I was just fascinated. He was non- aggressive. I didn't feel threatened. I knew that he was just holding out his hand so that I wouldn't see his face right away, and panic. His face was humanoid but, not completely human. When he saw that I wasn't scared, he pulled out a little box the size of 1/2 a cigarette box. He put it close and pointed to my right front side. It made a little noise. I felt a little tick of electricity. He then put it in his pocket. He said friendly sounding words that I could not understand. I went back to becoming unconscious again. When I woke, I wondered. Did I really succeed?, it felt so real and clear but, there were some dreaming scenes in the background like how could all these people fit in my room. My room seem to be bigger. Why was the wall of my bedroom not there just open space to the sky. I lived 11 floors up.
In the waking world, I'd already been to a doctor before the experience, when I complained not be able to urinated as much as I used to. The doctor used a scope to look in my bladder. The doctor wanted to run more tests he found a little bit of blood flowing in my bladder. He didn't seem to be alarmed, so I didn't either. So I went to my test, about a week later. The doctors put me under anesthesia and used the scope to see more detail inside my bladder. They found nothing. No blood. No problem. The Dr. Was surprised he didn't see Blood or a cut, coming from anywhere.
I never have that problem again everything returned to normal. I had a feeling that whatever was making blood, had been fixed. I always had a feeling that the Humanoid and the young man who looked Egyptian, were helping me, while being very careful not to scare me. Later in life, I did have a new kidney put in on the right side of me due to my diabetes but, that was 30 years later at age 53. ~ ~

Pulled Out Of The Body Inside The Airplane by K-OCT Date: 2018-02-03 Country: Malaysia Paranormal Category: Astral Projection / Out of Body Experience (OBE)
Istarted to have this experience since 1-2 years ago. It started with I can see the beings (with my eyes only black shadow but somehow I know roughly how they look likes in my head) . Then I started to get dreams about someone else memories, the places I never even seen before even in magazine or tv.
It started when I was going to visit my boyfriend in malaysia. I felt like something tried to prevent me from going as since the night before I encounter many things and problems.
So I was waiting in the airport lounge and I fell asleep but not fallen into the deep sleep yet there, and then some image began to appear before my eyes, something unexplainable, weird and a bit scary.
Skip to when I was inside the plane already, it was a rouge flight since the start until we landed (from what I know we having turbulence all the way and suppose to crash
Then I close my eyes to sleep, images start to appear. Many hands crawling before me, then an eyes that turn to 2 ball of black and white making somewhat of a yin and yang symbol then it turn to 2 snakes of white and black. The snakes turn into 2 person (again black and white looks like ancient chinese clothing with the headpiece and stuff)
After that I feel my body being pulled out and I found my self being pulled out of my body and out of the plane (I see my body, the flight attendants serving people, the plane, the cloud n sky n everything) then I was tumbling up and down on the sky. Then I see a dark fog or cloud all around the plane, but there's something covering the plane (it look like 2 golden hand covering the plane) . Then after awhile I feel my self being pulled back inside my body n I suddenly awake. The flight attendants indeed was serving and coming toward me. ~ ~

Help by Xen-sen Date: 2018-02-01 Country: United States State: Georgia
My family and I took the back way to the University of Georgia which involved going through the beautiful mountains. On this day there was a dense fog that made outside barely visible at times. I had been in and out of sleep for the past hour. I remember sitting in the backseat with my legs crossed as well as my arms. I rested my head back in a somewhat uncomfortable arch allowing my forehead to face the roof of the car. It didn't take long for the familiar static feeling of a astral projection or lucid dreaming to take over my body. I'm not sure what they are or what to call them. I've had many premonitions and prophetic dreams but this time was different.
It went like this: I laid my head back with no intentions of lucid dreaming or astral projection but my body soon had the sensation similar to that of a limb falling asleep due to lack of circulation. I then heard my parents bickering fade into the distance which was then replaced by a voice chanting in a tribal tongue along with drums of some sort. I could feel my eyes continuously rolling in the back of my head (a first for me which makes me question what I was experiencing). Everything was black for a minute and then I started to see images. The images came so quickly it was like flipping through a flip book. They didn't seem to follow any distinct order. There was also a vision of an older man who was seated in front of a fireplace. The man seemed almost animated and was writing in a notebook. He had the number (5,000) on his shirt along with a word that I can't recall. He looked up, smiled, and spoke but I couldn't hear him. While I was having the vision of the man I was aware and told myself that everything was okay and not to be scared, because at that moment I tried to wake myself up. The images that I can remember seeing were of the third eye and of fireplaces.
I'm not sure if it was supposed to be my third eye or just to give me the idea of it. The images of the eye were flashed in outlines of different colors and always one at a time. When it was over I came to then slowly felt the "static" drain out of my body but I couldn't shake this feeling of panic. I was very weary of my surroundings and I was breathing hard. It's hard to decipher any meaning out of what I experienced because I can't remember every image. This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this. Here's to hoping someone can shed a little light.

Would Like Input On My Unintentional Obe by Marcelina Deans
Date: 2017-12-24 Country: United States State: California Paranormal Category: Astral Projection / Out of Body Experience (OBE)
Not quite a week ago, my six-year-old son had just been released from the hospital with a large mass on his neck. I woke up early that morning and fed all my rescue animals and was sitting at my computer, sad and stressed because later that day we were going to see a specialist to determine if they thought the mass was malignant (it is not!). But that morning I sat there, staring at my computer, hardly able to keep my eyes open from exhaustion. The kids were still in bed asleep so I decided to go lie back down. I brought my favorite kitten with me who had been curled up on my lap (as always) while I was sitting at my computer. When I got to my bed, the sun was shining directly on it, and seeing as it was an uncharacteristically cold day in Southern California, the sun looked inviting and comfortable. So I laid down on my stomach, placing my fuzzy kitten close by my body, and immediately felt good - warm and peaceful from the morning sun bathing my legs and back. Almost immediately (or so it felt) I realized I was floating a good five feet above my bed. I never remember seeing my body in bed. In fact, in never occurred to me during this experience that my body was not part of me. When I realized what was going on, I remember feeling happy, and wondered to myself if I could go any further. I willed myself up and easily popped through the top of my ceiling, through my roof. It is very clear, the popping through, first my head, followed by the rest of me. I knew I wanted to go to the ocean. I have lived in my beach city my entire life (except for a year in Spain) and the beach has always been a therapeutic place for me. I willed myself to the ocean and flew there quickly. I flew over the sea just beyond my local beach, like a bird that skims close to the water and up a bit higher, and up and down continuously. The morning sun was sparkling on the water as it moved up and down (like in real life). It was pure bliss. I didn't think of my son, or even of my family at all. I was intensely present. I felt a very slight pull, and I knew I was being pulled back home. I considered resisting, but was in such a state of bliss I just let things flow. As I was being pulled back home through the air, over the few miles of city between the beach and my house, I was filled, pulsing, with an intense physical feeling of pleasure that electrified every cell of my body. I have never experienced any feeling like it before. I was distracted with that feeling when I distinctly knew I was laying back in my bed. My eyes were still closed, but I knew I was back. The sun was still shining on my body warming me like only the sun can do. My kitten still purred by my side. After that, I was no longer stressed. I was filled with bliss and didn't feel scared or the dread I had been experiencing earlier in the day. There was a peace in my stomach that was so elemental. I messaged a friend of mine about the ordeal and she told me I had an out of body experience. I hadn't even known what that was. I read a good amount about it, and was confused because it all talked about seeing your body and feeling out of it, and I never saw my body, and like I mentioned I felt that physical pleasure that I assume I would need my body for. I want to know exactly what it was that I experienced. I would like to know why it happened. And if I can recreate it. Thanks for any input! Marcelina ~ ~

Out Of Body - Into Body - And Back Again by Anonymous Date: 2017-12-24 Country: United States State: Virginia
I had met a young woman at work. It was an accidental contact, really not more than a glance. Perhaps it was the soulmate thing that attracts so much interest. It was instant mutual attraction, if not love itself. Looking back, I loved her then and love her still.
We quickly became lovers. It was a consuming, all encompassing shared experience that became overwhelming. For me, it was as though the sun was rising when she entered a room. That description is more literal than figurative. She seemed to bring light with her and the room would brighten as she passed through the doorway.
We shared an active sex life that was delightful and mutually fulfilling. We were completely satisfied with each other. I learned the remarkable difference between sex and sex with someone you love. I did not know how significant this was to become. More than 30 years later I am still troubled by one experience I cannot forget.
We had enjoyed making love one afternoon and when finished lay in bed, still physically connected. I was lost in a world of my own, filled with love for this woman. There seemed to be no thoughts in my mind. I was not thinking I loved her, it was more the emotional act of radiating love for her. I was simply filled with love for her and actively in the process of loving her. There was nothing else in existence for me at that moment in time.
I felt a draw, a magnetic pull or attraction upon my spirit, my very being. That pull was quite noticeable and lasted 3 or 4 seconds, then stopped. In 5 or 10 seconds it began again. Then there was a gentle pop and I was out of my body and into hers. It was like shooting a strong rubber band off my thumb when I was a child, though with the least possible tension, the rubber band traveling only a few inches.
I was utterly shocked by this out of body experience and momentarily bewildered. I saw nothing and believe we both had our eyes closed. The difference in our bodies was amazing to me. It was not the difference in genital arrangement or the fullness of breasts that struck me, but the frail nature of her upper body and the length of her legs. I realized immediately the difference in upper body strength and was quite taken aback by what I felt.
At that point I sought to explore and began to feel about, to test the differences. As I began to do this I felt another draw. This was different. I felt the tension increase over 4 or 5 seconds without letting up. Then there was a pop, almost audible, and much more pronounced. I was back in my own body. The full experience taking perhaps a minute, possibly less.
This rather slender 22 year old young woman lifted me off of her and threw me to her right, near to the edge of the bed. She rolled over and spoke urgently into my ear through gritted teeth, and said "What was that?" She was frightened and agitated. She calmed, then asked "How did you do that?" She clearly knew I had been in her body with her.
I have often thought back over the years, and compared this experience to 2 smokers exhaling smoke through their own straws into a shared bottle. Perhaps our spirits or souls blended as smoke in a bottle would have. Now I wonder, were we just 2 spirits in a shared human container? I do not know the answer to my own question.
I want to know how this happened. It is as though time stopped and I cannot get beyond this experience.
I have had out of body experiences in the past. They always happened at bedtime and were involuntary. I have been out of body in lucid dreams, once witnessing an attempted murder that was later confirmed by police.
My hope is to learn how I entered another persons body. Can you help?

Astral Eyes Only Work Please Help by xZackx Date: 2017-12-24 Country: United States State: Oregon
I have been trying to astral project almost every other night and I usually just fall asleep but when I don't really try and just lay there going to sleep and something wakes me up but not all the way it puts me in that meditation kind of state where I sometimes find myself seeing my bedroom but I make sure my eyes are closed by gently squeezing them even more shut, I can see my bedroom very vaguely, I can see the outline of my bedroom door as the light comes through the cracks and I can see my bed and my desk and stuff but when I try to move or open my eyes it goes away of course. Just today I was laying on my side in bed and then it happened again, I saw in front of me but with my eyes shut. I saw my arm holding my phone up playing a game that I like to play on it. That's what sometimes happens is I see my arms doing something when I clearly feel them down at my side. I really want to astral project and have an OBE. But it seems that only my "astral eyes" (if you call it that) are working. PLEASE HELP. If you have any tips or information please comment or email me:) thank you so much for reading. Well actually I have to get to the 1500 minimum in order to post this story so let me ramble on about another time that my astral eyes worked. I do want to be a singer so I keep a microphone in my room on a stand for when I feel like recording something. And one night I tried to astral project and all I got was my eyes again. I saw my microphone very closer to my body than where it actually was. I keep it close to my closet but I was seeing it close to my bed near me so I instantly knew what was going on. I love when that happens and I know what it is so I remain calm and enjoy the moment. Than I ease out of it and wake up or go to sleep. Well I made it to the 1500 minimum words in order to post this story so I thank you for your time and again please comment or email me if u have any tips or information! Thanks ~ ~

What Is It And What May Be Next? by MikalH Date: 2017-11-30 Country: United States State: Washington
I'm new here but have had dream issues for 50 plus years starting with nightmares I've not been able to wake up from, to thinking or knowing I was awake and physically being assaulted from invisible and also shadow type figures of which the only way to escape is to control my fear and relax which makes me think I am really asleep after all.
Over the last several years things have changed in that I've woken suddenly to see an older woman laying next to me on the bed but floating about 6 inches above the mattress. Often the figure is but not always a female and never the same one standing over my bed or in the doorway. Sometimes It's a figure I can't identify as a person but they almost all appear to be reaching toward me and recently they've been solid bright colors of blue, red and green, almost glowing.
It can happened twice a night and sometime several nights in a row. What these issues all have in common is that I feel I woke up first and instantly viewed it before it vanishes however so quickly, so I think I wake up to it not the other way around where I'm dreaming and the vision wakes me.
I've practiced Astral Projection in the past but not for a couple of years and these issues have been going on long before I started trying that. Astral Projection and OBE by the way are enlightening in that I feel I can fly and walk through walls like I'm crossing through a of membrane that stretches to let me out. I've also read you often tend to eat during these times which I often do. (Maybe that explains those few extra pounds lol)
I guess my question is what am I experiencing and given the pattern is changing what should I look for next? It sure makes getting a good night's sleep a thing of the past. ~ ~

Series Of False Awakenings Each Leading To Astral Projection by Ryan E Date: 2017-11-24 Country: Cambodia Paranormal Category: Astral Projection / Out of Body Experience (OBE)
Iwoke up naturally much earlier than usual, about 4:00 a.m, because I'd fallen right into bed with my clothes on and gone right to sleep. This was on a Thursday. I'd done some heavy drinking (7 beers) out with some dudes in town on Tuesday night. This is a little town in Cambodia, by the way, where I'm an American working as a teacher for English-speaking Cambodian kids. The prescription laws are different (non-existent?) here, so it should be okay to say that I'd taken some Tylenol w. Codeine which would elsewhere require a prescription, for a headache. It's mildly sedating and cozy. I'd also drunk some M-150 energy drink, which contains some other psychoactives. I'm not sure how much that has to do with the projection. I had also meditated or let my mind drift into calmness for a while during the day. Without a doubt, that seems to be vital to having any sort of spiritual experiences or notable dreams.
After looking at the clock, I dozed off. At first I just had a dream that I was free-dancing around and my arms felt a little different. It was fun to hold them up and wave them back in forth in front of me. It felt like I was actually moving them, but they were not my physical hands, and I knew this. I knew I was lying in bed, but I could not for the life of me feel myself lying in bed.
Then I began to wake up and formed the intention of getting up to do some grading which I had been procrastinating. Because of my procrastination accompanied with a dreadful feeling, there was a great mental push to get up, but my body was not very motivated. The next thing I know I'm standing at the light switch, going to get into the shower. I heard some weird voices coming out of the switches. I think I'm going crazy, and want the weird voices to stop. They do stop. I flip on the switch. The lights don't turn on. I freak out. I look around and there are some different things in the room. There is another switch which normally turns on the kitchen lights. I flipped it on and there was a big fan in the wall (not in our reality) that turned on. There was also an iron and ironing board in the hallway. (we don't have one in this reality. My g.f. Outsources that work.)
Somehow or other I ended up trying to get out of bed again. This time I thought, again, that I had physically gotten out of bed. But the weird thing was I could stick my hand through the wall. I went outside, and things were different there, too. I noticed the flesh on people's body's was different, more rubbery. I could kind of see it hanging off their faces, slightly droopily, or puffily. I realized that the physics of the body were different, and you could shoot yourself and heal right back up, and so forth. There was a man with a machine gun, and apparently he's shooting himself in the face a few times, and it's a total joke, as he intends it to be. The physics of rubbery flesh are different here.
I stuck my hand right through a tree branch. I pushed the tree branch away from the tree, and it wanted to go stick back onto the tree like a magnet. I let go, and it did indeed slap right back onto the tree like a magnet would. I inspected and noticed it didn't quite stick right back on as it had been before. It had more of a cracked vase effect.
I was going to play some tennis. Well, I had the racket and was ready for this new physics to be a lot of fun. I didn't actually play. I saw some lady playing with a tennis ball and I used telekinesis to make it almost impossible for her to pick up the ball she was chasing. Also, I could make it continue to bounce much higher and longer than tennis balls usually do.
I end up back in bed. THIS time I think I will make it physically out of bed. I try again. Yes, I think I'm awake and in physical reality. The only thing is, I push my hand against the wall, and with a little more pressure, whoops, my hand goes right through the wall again. I decided to have as much fun with it as I can this time. I go outside. I see if I can slide into the ground. Oh my gosh, my feet are sinking right into the mud. I'm getting lower and lower. And now there is a hole opening up beneath my feet. It's becoming a rabbit hole! I'm going deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole. I look up. It has fractalized into a spiral pattern with spherical nodal points diminishing in size toward the opening. I see that for only a couple of seconds, while the music is starting up. Deep rhythmic bass drumming, booming and booming, as I'm falling down. Now I wake up and I'm really back in bed. (I could feel the wake up coming. I was trying to hold onto the dream state but couldn't any longer as it was getting too weird.) I'm still hearing the deep bass drum again and again for a few seconds as I'm lying awake in bed, hoping this auditory experience will go away soon, because I don't want to be a crazy hallucinator. Luckily after a few seconds, it's all over, and I go back to sleep for a while.
There were some other false awakenings, one after another, and single-layered. But I can't remember it all. It must have been about 5 total. In one I just remember thinking that I was hallucinating other beings in the bed. I was not aware that I was dreaming, so this was not a lucid dream. But I was somehow aware that I was hallucinating. So I can't exactly call it a normal non-lucid dream. Maybe quasi-lucid, or a kind of lucidity within the dream related to the parameters of the dream state, but not lucidity of the dream itself. ~ ~

I think he went on an alcohol/medicine induced, bad trip, like LSD would produce. Very dangerous things to mix. I had a young cousin who died from a mixture of pain relievers and beer. He had been injured on his job, went to the doctor and came home with pain pills. He and his wife pigged out on beer and laid down for a nap. She woke up to find him dead. Alcohol and pain meds do not go well together.

Pulled Out Of My Body By A Ghost Boy While Awake by Chelscp11
Date: 2017-11-15 Country: United States State: Washington
This story is one I have told on a paranormal website and I got some really good insight on the paranormal aspect of it, but I am looking for some insight to the out of body expieriance as well.
I am a 31 year old female. When I was 16 years old, I was at my best friend's house whom I almost lived with. I was always over at her house. We regularly hung out in the garage that we turned into a little hang out area. We had music and a table for playing cards at. Her house was an older house. It always put off the creep vibe but I had never had a paranormal experience so it definitely was not something that was on my mind.
To separate the area of the garage that we hung out in from the rest of the garage we put a curtain up as a make shift door.
One night we were making food hanging out in the garage like normal. My friend was in the kitchen. I was coming from the kitchen back to the garage that no one was in. Right as I entered and pulled the curtain back, I see a little boy sitting on the ground. I knew right away it was a ghost. I closed the curtain fast and then out of nowhere I was out of my body going through the curtain. I still very clearly remember going through the curtain and it being magnified in my sight as if I could see every strand of fabric up close. In an instant, I was through the curtain and the boy was still there. I was floating towards him outside my body and I had no control over it.
I could see the boy very clearly at this point. He had bright red hair that was curly and a blue and white stripped shirt with a collar. He was see through. I could see him and the garage door behind him through his body. He was sitting cross legged staring at the CD player we had that was playing Bob Marley, stir it up.
I got closer to him and my spirt did a 360 around the boy. I stopped right in front of him and was inches away from his face. I remember being so close I could see his freckles and he had blue eyes. He was not scary at all. He was smiling and he could see me too. I heard a voice or thought in my head that was not my own thought. It said "are you scared of me?" I quickly felt a rush and entered my own body again that was still behind the curtain.
This all took probably 10 seconds but it felt like an hour. Before this incident, I was very closed minded to the world. I now feel like my spirit and my body are two different things. I feel very connected to the afterlife and spirit. This has been the most spiritual experience and it has changed the way I live my life. I have had a ton of other paranormal experiences but none that I came out of my body for again. When I look up this type of experience, I expected to find a ton of info on it but I can't find much about OBE while awake. None with a ghost in the mix. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks for reading. ~ ~

Waking out of body experiences are much more rare; a fascinating experience she had.
