The Last Words Spoken By Famous People ~The grisly thought about a deathbed might be quite unnerving for anyone, but not for these famous people. Knowing the last words that someone spoke can sometimes throw light on their character or on the circumstances in which they died. You can't help but feel that some of the last quotes by famous people on this list encapsulate their personas. From the ever level-headed Winston Churchill, who declared in his final moments that he's 'so bored with it all' to the last wish from John Belushi to not be left alone. These famous last words can sometimes be ironically funny, and other times - eloquent and truly deep. #1 Todd Beamer Was A Passenger On United Flight 93, September 11, 2001. These Are His Last Recorded Words At The End Of A Cell Phone Call Before Beamer And Others Attempted To Storm The Airliner's Cockpit To Retake It From Hijackers. The Plane Crashed Near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

That was a horrible day. It did something to me that was and still is....something that I can't even begin to explain to others. I don't know how. I still choke up just remembering it. It took away, forever, something so very special, our feeling of safety.

I loved Sam...he was awesome.
What made me sick too about 9/11 is how soon that movie was made afterwards

More interesting quotes.
Thank you Vicky for the information. So sad, and yes, he was brave. Too bad his sacrafice didn't save the others.
Yes, 911 was a very tragic day - a day none of us will ever forget. There were also so very many heroes that day.

Vicky, Sam Kinison was a shrieking and often insulting stand-up comedian ... sad about Truman Capote.

According to Google, When James Brown died on Christmas Day 2006 at age 73, officials at Atlanta's Emory University Hospital Midtown listed his cause of death as congestive heart failure related to pneumonia. More than a decade later, however, at least a dozen people — including Dr. Marvin Crawford, the physician who signed Brown's death certificate — have come forward to express their doubts in that pronouncement.
"He changed too fast," Crawford, who didn't believe the three-time Grammy winner died of natural causes, revealed in an interview with CNN, also noting that he'd recommended an autopsy but Brown's daughter Yamma declined. "He was a patient I would never have predicted would have coded. ... But he died that night, and I did raise that question: What went wrong in that room?"
Many people thought he was murdered,

Henry Beecher knows all about the great mystery now, I think I never heard this suspected murder of James Brown before. Like his doctor, I wonder what truly happened, and if the doctor had his suspicions, why did he sign the death certificate if he didn't agree with it.

WOW!! What a way to go....during a volcanic eruption. Our news people do have to be in the most dangerous places, wherever news and weather are happening.

The reporter should have been a few miles farther away from the eruption and ... useless indeed as guns were upon him.

Yes, Rick, the reporter should have been further away. Some of the great reporters really push the envelope to bring us the best news.
