We circle around
but in the end
the outcome always
ends up the same.
Still, for our amusement
as well as for others
we keep on circling and trying,
we keep on in desperation.....
maybe this time circumstances shall ensure
new rules are applicable
in the game.
And so we dance the same old dance
hoping that this time we are not off-beat
but still we circle,
we watch for that moment
where we can cheat.
