Mine is the same as Joannie's but in my case it should have read "You are a Grade A slob". I need to lose a lot of weight and quickly so any ideas are welcome but bear in mind it can't be too vigorous to start off with.

Your lifestyle is: Sport and fitness are key! What you need to stay healthy and happy is a good workout and staying active throughout the day. You do a lot of sports and just always feel relaxed and positive afterwards. Keeping your body in shape and toned is very important to you. These are things you can do now, Vicky Go for a walk every day at a good pace .. start with a short one and gradually increase the distance. Drink several glasses of filtered or pure water each day. Eat a smaller dinner and try not to snack in the evenings. Start small and think positive! P.S. - when losing weight it is best to not do so quickly or it has a tendency to return ... gradual weight loss is the key

Your lifestyle is: You are what you eat! Your diet is healthy and well-balanced and food is generally a major part of your life and your day. You like trying out new recipes and are interested in the recent food trends. That way you stay healthy and in great shape! I like walking, but NOT when it is cold. (I HATE Winter!) When it warms up into Spring, I want to walk down to the dentist's office which I estimate would take me about half an hour - maybe less I also like swimming, but haven't done it in a few years. I was going to try to get out into my pond last summer, but things were just too busy. Hopefully, I will be able to get out into this year. The floating deck has a ladder going down into the pond, and the pond is 80' x 125' and 19' at its deepest. This level lowers though through the summer as the pound is fed by an underground stream which the farmers tap into which lowers the pond's depth by a few feet until the September rains come back.

Thank you Rick, it's good advice and now the lighter nights are here I do intend to do a lot more walking. I have also started watching what I eat more closely and two days a week I limit my intake to 800 calories per day. So thanks again to both you and Foxy. I will let you know how I am getting on.
