I sit in peace watching the world go by at such a fast pace yet I am at peace in the stillness within.
My eyes span the city where so many faces dwell. The emotion they wear when they think no one is looking, pained and preoccupied with all that is not important.
Mothers rush by with children's hands in their own, little legs finding it hard to keep up.
A moment missed that could be much better spent, pointing out the beauty of the mountains or just taking a deep breath.
The horns blow in frustration, hands mock a fist; lips form words screamed in anger, fits of rage.
Everyone is in a hurry to get where they are going, and rush off to get someplace else.
How much we miss, in a blink of an eye, only to cry when we find its too late.
Taking a sip of my tea, I sigh to myself, if only others would take time, to observe the peace they hold inside.
One at a time, each responsible for their own, what a world this would be: we could all be free.
Shaking my head, my eyes rise upward, I take a deep breath, and I sit in peace.
Becoming one with the stillness within. -Dip

You have the answer to hectic living, rushing by so fast moments cannot be enjoyed or appreciated ...
sipping my first cup of morning tea and nodding in agreement

Yep. It's crazy and people let themselves be driven crazy by the craziness. I fall often myself but am trying to do better with it all. It's driven into ya by the way society is. Drive ya up the wall. Meditation helps.

Exactly. Every emotion we have comes from within. Beautifully stated

You have found something very special, Dip. Wish I could sit and sip tea with you....but wait a minute. I can. I was blessed with a great imagination. I shall close my eyes and sip tea with you on the mountain.

You have found something very special, Dip. Wish I could sit and sip tea with you....but wait a minute. I can. I was blessed with a great imagination. I shall close my eyes and sip tea with you on the mountain. Dip welcomes Warrior Queen with a cup of tea.
We live in our thoughts with elaborate phrases,
bringing the world together merging hearts and minds
that brings a melody to enjoy in the journey of life.
Thank you for sharing your time and affection for a mountain farmer. Namaste
